Coalition members Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety (IBHS)
and Ready Set Go! are joining forces in
Colorado to conduct a firefighter train-the-trainer workshop on February 22,
2013. Firefighters are increasingly
being called upon to assess homes in wildfire-prone areas which makes this is a great
opportunity for first responders to learn about protecting the structural
elements of a house and its surroundings against wildfire.
